Being Raw
All our products are crafted in-house at our Rotterdam facilities. By leveraging our self-developed robotic printing setup, we maintain full control over the final results, ensuring each piece meets to the highest standards of quality and design. Our production operates under a zero-waste philosophy, meaning nothing is discarded. Every material, including prototypes and production errors, is recycled back into production, in a closed-loop system.
Sourced Locally
Our materials come directly from local recyclers processing marine and urban waste streams. We process them ourselves, turning discarded plastic into new raw material ready for robotic fabrication.
Nothing becomes waste
Circularity is not a feature. It is the starting point.
All products are mono-material. No adhesives. Every object is designed to be fully recyclable.
Misprints, test pieces, and production leftovers are ground and reintroduced into the system. Nothing leaves as waste.
Form follows process
We are a digital fabrication atelier.
Through our own slicer software and robotic printing setup, we control structure, texture, and performance layer by layer.
Tactility
by default
We develop new surface languages for recycled plastic, drawing from knitting techniques, geological formations, and carved matter. Craft logics are translated into robotic movement.
Texture and colour are our primary tools of transformation. Through them, plastic waste gains depth and weight.
Scale
Every project begins with scaled models before moving to 1:1 production.
Our in-house facilities allow us to operate across scales, from single objects to large installations and high-volume production. The same system applies at every dimension: local material, controlled fabrication, circular output.
